Arrival Procedure

A chauffeur will arrange to meet you at the terminal entrance and park the car for you in a secured on-airport parking facility.

Departure Procedure

When you return to Edinburgh airport you will be met with your car at the terminal.

Notes

No transfers are necessary as you are met at the terminal by a chauffeur, when you book with Edinburgh Chauffeured Parking.
If you are travelling between the times listed below there will be a supplements levied for the chauffeur service: £12.00 between 2200-2330 hours and 0500-0600 hours. £14.00 between 2330-0130 hours and 0400-0500 hours. £18.50 between 0130-0400 hours.
Holiday Supplements: (limited service) - £20.00 Christmas Day, £15.00 Boxing Day and New Year's Day, £12.00 any other Bank Holiday.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

ISO 9001 Certification

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
