I noticed another customer complaining that her car had been used whilst they had been away and my car had been adjusted (radio, seat, mileage register) and i don't understand why this happened when it was just parked a short distance away. I don't think i would return here.

Significantly cheaper than parking closer to the airport and not really much different, why pay more when this service is so good? I would go for this option in future there is just no reason not to.

I would just like to say that this has been by far my most pleasant experience of customer service in recent months and would be grateful if this could be passed on to the team. I would also have no hesitation in recommending Airparks as I have found the experience extremely pleasant with the levels of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated throughout (from the ease of use of the website customer service team the ladies at airparks reception and not least the bus drivers) making for a stress free experience.
