Arrival Procedure

Make your way to reception to check your car in. You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you. Prestige Parking will park your car for you, so you`ll need to leave your keys with reception, and you`ll be given a receipt. Then just walk to check-in - the car park is opposite the terminal.

Departure Procedure

Proceed with your luggage to the Prestige building reception area with your receipt and some identification (e.g. your passport) to reclaim your vehicle.

Security

Prestige Parking are Holders of the Park Mark Award initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers and operate a secured car park with regular security patrols, floodlighting, CCTV and perimeter fencing. This car park provides indoor parking on a first come first served basis, all other parking is outdoors.

Insurance

The car park has a Full Motor Trade Policy and Public Liability Insurance. Customers park at their own risk.

Notes

This package includes wheels cleaned, hand wash and leather exterior, vacuum interior including boot ,dust down and wipe dashboard, polish windows inside and outside, apply air freshener, hand polish exterior & treat all exterior plastics and surfaces. This car park no longer provides indoor parking only. Indoor parking is on a first come first served basis, all other parking is outdoors. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. Roadworks will be affecting traffic along the nearby A453 from Saturday 5 to Sunday 12th of February. This isn`t the main route to the airport, unless you`re coming from Nottingham city centre, but you should know that there may be an increase in traffic in the area.
