The check-in hall has an aviation gift shop stocking die-cast aircraft models which is one of the largest collections in the UK, there is also a Travelex outlet available.

Internet access is located adjacent to the Costa Coffee outlet on the first floor near the Trent Food Hall.
A Chaplaincy service is available for anyone regardless of if they are religious or not if somebody just needs to talk. The Chaplains on duty come from several churches in the area and they can be seen around the airport or if you require one please ask at the information desk.
The Prayer Room is open 24 hours a day for use by anyone regardless of faith. On occasions Christian Workshop events take place of which the times can be seen on notices outside the room.

Disabled Facilities
East Midlands Airport provides a wide-array of facilities for the disabled passenger including;
Disabled Parking - The airport has 61 allocated disabled parking spaces in the short stay car park for passengers that have a blue badge, these spaces are only 50 metres from the terminal building. The car park also has several help points if you require assistance. If you decide to park in the medium or long stay car parks then there is a coach service with disabled access that transfers passengers to the terminal building free of charge.
Wheelchairs - Wheelchairs are available free of charge in the terminal building.
Toilets - The airport has toilets that are fully equipped for disabled use throughout the airport.
Payphones - A telephone that is lowered for wheelchair use can be found in the Departures Lounge West opposite gate 9.
Guide Dogs - Guide dogs are allowed into the terminal building, if you require further assistance about flying with a guide dog please visit; Flying With A Guide Dog
Boarding Assistance - If you require boarding assistance to allow you to access the aircraft then please contact the relevant airline before arriving at the airport.
