I would just like to say that this has been by far my most pleasant experience of customer service in recent months and would be grateful if this could be passed on to the team. I would also have no hesitation in recommending Airparks as I have found the experience extremely pleasant with the levels of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated throughout (from the ease of use of the website customer service team the ladies at airparks reception and not least the bus drivers) making for a stress free experience. Many thanks again for your excellent service.

We recently used your Airparks car parking at Donnington Park. We missed our flights both to and from Glasgow - but that is another story. I just want to say how wonderful your staff were. I cannot pick out any individuals as they were universally excellent. We were making a complete hash of our travel arrangements and your staff did and excellent job of keeping up with the chaos that surrounded us and getting us safely to where we and our car needed to be. While we struggled and got anxious your staff calmly coped with our irritation and sought and found solutions. They listened. They used humour where appropriate. They sighed with us when needed. They deserve a medal! Please pass on our most sincere thanks to them all. We have not used your services before but we will certainly do so again and recommend them to our friends. Your service was excellent but so much of it depends on people - and you can be assured that at Donnington Park you have the very best.

In March I travelled with my wife and two friends abroad for a weekend break we used the Airparks facilities at East Midlands airport. On arrival at the car park I entered the reception the greeting was both friendly and helpful with the parking procedure.The bus that was to transport us to the airport was already waiting outside. The bus was already running so it was nice and warm. My Wife also commented that it was also very clean. The bus left for the airport after a short while and dropped us right outside the airport departures.On our return we rang the given number to inform Airparks we had arrived by the time we had departed the airport the bus was already waiting outside for us. Once again the driver was helpful and in good spirit. The reception at the car park was very busy but the staff were still very helpful in pointing me in the right direction of my car wishing us a pleasant journey. A very good all round experience I would recommend it.Many Thanks.

I recently returned to Donnington Park to find everything was perfect and your staff very efficient. I will continue to use your Airparks at any later date.

Very good service. Very pleasant staff who were all extremely helpful. We have used other car parking facilities but we will use your service in future. It suppresses all others! Thanks again to all staff at Handsforth Dean.
