Information

Arrival Procedure

Customers are asked to drive direct to the compound and report to the office with your Holiday Extras booking reference. A Relyon driver will park your car and you will be transfered to the terminal by the Courtesy Shuttle Bus.

Departure Procedure

You will need to call 01304 201227 for the Courtesy Shuttle bus to take you to the car park, which will arrive outside the Travel Centre, which is on the right side of the terminal (ground floor).

Security

Vehicles are stored in a fully fenced secure compound.

Insurance

Relyon drivers are fully insured to drive customers cars.

Notes

Please note: there is now a new parking procedure. Customers are asked to drive direct to the compound. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
