Information

Arrival Procedure

Customers are asked to drive direct to the car park and report to the office with their booking reference. A Relyon driver will then park your car and you will be transferred to the terminal by the Courtesy Shuttle Bus.

Departure Procedure

Your car will be delivered to the docks, or you will be transferred to the car park to collect your car. You can call 01304 201227 to request the shuttle bus.

Security

Vehicles are stored in a fully fenced secured compound.

Insurance

Relyon drivers are fully insured to drive customers cars.

Notes

If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
