Arrival Procedure

Follow signs for the multi-storey car park. The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. You should bring your booking confirmation with you. Drive up to the entry barrier. The machine will read and recognise your car registration number. The barrier will lift. Park your car in any space from level 3A upwards and transfer to the port. If the barrier does not lift, press the button and quote your booking reference number. Please note that the car park is under going some road works until the 18th July 2010.

Departure Procedure

Drive to the exit barrier. The barrier will read your number plate and will open. If the barrier does not lift, press the button and quote your booking reference number.

Security

Holders of the Secured Car Park Award and patrolled by Dover Harbour Board Police. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance

Parking is at owner`s own risk, and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park, available at the port.

Notes

If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park`s standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund. If you need help with anything, you can call a member of staff using the help button at the ticket machine.

Disabled Facilities

Disabled parking is still currently in the flight deck car park, directly above the Travel Centre.
