Competition Terms and Conditions

Please note that the prize may vary from the illustrated picture and Compare Airport Parking reserve the right to alter the specification of the satellite navigation system without warning or notice.
In addition the following terms and conditions will apply to this prize draw:
1. The competition is only open to UK residents and people aged 18 or over. When contacted the winner must provide proof of age.
2. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Compare Airport Parking or any person directly or indirectly linked to the organisation or running of the competition or their direct family members.
3. Compare Airport Parking do not accept any responsibility for fraudulant entries and any entrant to the competition must provide all the required information for that particular competition.
4. Any information provided by a competition entrant will be used in line with Compare Airport Parking's privacy policy and your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties.
5. Entrants must have a valid email and postal address to participate.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. The prize draw takes place on the last day of the month every three months and winners are notified within two weeks of the draw taking place.
8. By accepting the prize the winner agrees to allow their name and image to be used in any promotional activities following the draw.
9. The competition winner will be draw randomly from all the entries received for that month within two weeks of the closing date of the prize draw,
10. The prize offered is final and is not transferable and has no cash equivalent, your statutory rights are not affected.
11. The judges decision is final and Compare Airport Parking will not enter into any correspondance regarding this.
12. The prize is for a satellite navigation system and the cost of delivery of the item is included in the prize.
13. No purchase is necessary to take part in this competition.
14. By entering the prize draw you are giving your permission to be contacted with special offers from Compare Airport Parking.
15. For winners details please send an S.A.E to Compare Airport Parking, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent, CT21 4JF, United Kingdom. within two months of the draw date stating the specific dates of interest.
16. Compare Airport Parking do not accept any responsibility for entries delayed, lost or damaged in transmission. Proof of transmission is not considered proof of receipt.
17. In rare occurances it may be necessary to suspend, adjust, or cancel the prize draw and Compare Airport Parking reserves the right to do this at any time.
18. Compare Airport Parking accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from accessing its services via the internet or for any damage to an individuals personal or professional activities.
19. This competition is organised by Compare Airport Parking, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent, CT21 4JF, United Kingdom. It is governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising from it will be governed by the courts of England and Wales.
20. All contestants entered into the prize draw agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions unconditionally.
