Information

Arrival Procedure

On arrival, you should report to the Days Inn Hotel reception and check-in. You will then be directed to park your car in the arrivals area at the rear of the hotel. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the transfer bus to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Departure Procedure

On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our 20-minute bus service will transfer you back to the car park.

Security

Fenced and floodlit site, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV in operation. Holders of the Park Mark Award from the Association of Chief Police Officers. ISO 9001 standard of quality assurance.

Insurance

Parking is always at the vehicle owner`s own risk.

Notes

Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car.  Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage.  Please note that this is parking at Airparks serving Cardiff Airport, not the on-site parking at the airport. During the period of May - October your car may be moved to another secured site close by, owned and operated by Airparks. SPECIAL OFFER: On arrival at Airparks you will be offered a superb new service. You can have your car delivered back to the Airport Terminal on your return from Holiday, speeding you on your way home. The service is subject to availability and the fee is payable direct to the car park on arrival. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Disabled Facilities

All Airparks buses have disabled access.

Trailers

No trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

Check in Time

We recommend you should allow 30 minutes for check-in and transfer to the airport.
