Information

Arrival Procedure

On arrival, you should report to the Days Inn Hotel reception and check-in. You will then be directed to park your car in the arrivals area at the rear of the hotel. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the transfer bus to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.

Departure Procedure

On return, simply call our Cardiff Airparks office (01446 719 182) after you have passed the arrivals lounge to arrange delivery of your vehicle in front of the departures building.

Security

Fenced and floodlit site, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV in operation. Holders of the Park Mark Award from the Association of Chief Police Officers. ISO 9001 standard of quality assurance.

Insurance

Parking is always at the vehicle owners' own risk. All of our drivers are fully insured and all over the age of 25.

Notes

Please note this car park cannot accept minibuses or high sided vehicles and Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. Please note that this is parking at Airparks serving Cardiff Airport, not the on-site parking at the airport. During the period of May - October your car may be moved to another secured site close by, owned and operated by Airparks. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
