Staff were helpful and car was ready for us when we arrived back, would use them again.

We have CPS many times before and have never had any cause for complaint. But after returning from our recent family holiday before signing the form releasing the car we gave the car a quick once over and were horrified to discover our new car's front alloy wheel badly damaged. We obviously reported this and wrote to head office complaining. We were sent a dismissive email telling us that we had no evidence that their drivers had done this and their drivers deny damaging the wheel. Now they are ignoring all emails and written correspondence. I will never use them ever again and would urge people to throughly check their car over before they leave the airport
