Terminal 1
The departure lounge of terminal 1 benefits from cash machines, pay phones, internet access (Wi-fi) and a plentiful offering of retail outlets with some high street names. There are toilet facilities available as well as designated smoking areas and a bureau de change on each level of the terminal. An information desk upon entry to the departure lounge is also available.
Entertainment is provided in the form of amusements and rides opposite the Starbucks eatery. Terminal 1 has considerably more facilities than terminal 2 'Eurohub'.
Terminal 1 and 2 are linked by the Millennium Link Walkway
Terminal 2 (Eurohub)
Due to the novel design of the terminal which allows domestic and international passengers to be mixed, the furthest any passenger has to walk is 250 metres with a transfer time of just 25 minutes.
Located on the ground floor of the Millennium Link Block of terminal 2 is the arrivals concourse with the check-in desks on the ground floor of the main concourse. The departure lounges can be found on the on the first floor.
The main shops and eateries can be found in terminal 1 as the Eurohub is fairly limited in this respect, however there is a newsagent and duty free shop available in the terminal in addition to a BA Executive Lounge, car hire facilities and two cash machines.
As with terminal 1 you will find designated smoking areas available and medical emergency care is available 24 hours a day as well as a bureau de change, information desk, pay phones, and internet facilities.

Birmingham Airport meets the EU standard for disabled provisions. Disabled parking is available and is marked upon entry to the relevant car park.
Wheelchairs are available upon request when you have arrived at the airport and there are numerous lifts that can accommodate wheelchairs.
If you require assistance with baggage and checking-in then you must contact the airport prior to arrival to arrange this.
There are also several disabled toilets in both terminals and if you are hearing-impaired then a loop system is in operation at the airport for passengers wearing a hearing-aid.
