Arrival Procedure

Pull up to the entry barrier, take a ticket and the barrier will open to let you in. Choose a space and park, then walk to the terminal and keep your keys with you. Remember to put your ticket somewhere safe.

Departure Procedure

When you get back, return to the car park and your car will be where you left it. Drive to the exit barrier and press the intercom button. Quote your reference to the intercom and a member of staff will raise the barrier for you.

Security

Your car will be parked in an enclosed car park with entry and exit barriers. CCTV will monitor your car`s safety and staff will regularly patrol the car park. The Birmingham Medium and Short Stay has been awarded a Park Mark award for safer parking.

Please remember to keep your ticket safe. You will need to give us your car`s registration in advance.
