Park and Ride Rapid Transfer by Airparks Birmingham

Information

Arrival Procedure

Park in one of the arrivals bays and head to reception to check in. You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you. Airparks staff will park your car for you so you can catch the transfer bus to the airport, so you`ll need to leave your car keys with reception.

Departure Procedure

On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our regular bus service will transfer you back to the car park. If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.

Security

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Insurance

Parking is always at the vehicle owner`s own risk.

Notes

Bikes, surfboards, canoes and other large objects that won`t fit into the luggage racks can`t be carried on Airparks buses. If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you drop them off at the airport before you park your car. Remember to check with your airline that you will be able to take them on the plane. We recommend that you give yourself 50 minutes to drop your car off and transfer to the airport. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, unfortunately we can`t give you a refund.

Disabled Facilities

All Airparks buses have disabled access.

Trailers

No trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

Check in Time

We recommend you should allow 40 minutes for check-in and transfer to the airport.
