Arrival Procedure

Upon your arrival at Cosmo Parking, park outside reception and check-in at the desk, hand in your printed confirmation (or quote booking reference) and car keys. There`s no need to park your car as it will be parked for you whilst you are transferred to the airport.

Departure Procedure

To arrange your transfer back from Belfast airport, simply call the freephone number provided on your arrival and you will be told where to wait for collection. When you arrive at Cosmo parking simply head to reception and collect your keys, your car will be waiting in the reception area on your return.

Security

The car park operates CCTV and regular security patrols.

Insurance

Cosmo Parking indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on part of its servants/agents. Parking is at owner`s own risk.

Notes

Please be aware that to use Cosmo Parking all customers must be flying from Belfast International Airport. No arrivals or departures can be booked for Christmas Day as the car park is closed and will open again at 08.00 hours on 26 December. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra upon your departure at the car park`s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Park Mark Safer Parking Scheme

An initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.

Safer Parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.

For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment.

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards.

ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard. ISO 9001 is one of the documents in this set; it contains the actual requirements an organization must be in compliance with to become ISO 9001 Registered.

ISO 9001:2000 is the current version of the Standard. It was revised in the year 2000. Past versions of ISO 9000 included ISO 9002 and ISO 2003, but those are no longer in use. Companies are now only Registered to ISO 9001.
