Customer Services

BCP's booking service achieved an ISO 9002 certificate for Quality Assurance in 1995 and was accredited with the Investors In People Award in 2000.

Registering a Complaint with BCP

Complaints can be made easily and confidentially in writing by post to the following address:

BCP aims to acknowledge your complaint in writing within 2 working days and BCP aims to resolve each complaint within 28 days.

Cancellations and Ammendments

All cancellations and amendments must be made through Holiday Extras and are subject to the terms and conditions for each product.

Parking Bookings

No refund is made for cancellation of parking bookings on the day of travel or afterwards.
An administration fee of £7.50 per booking applies to all other cancellations. No refund is available for unused part stays.
Please note: Bookings made at the special 'advanced purchase' price cannot be amended or cancelled.

Indemnity Policy

BCP will accept no responsibility for damage to personal belongings or your vehicle, unless it is proven to be the cause of one of their employees.

At Airport car parks located a distance from the Airport, your vehicle will be parked by a BCP employee. Vehicles are parked at their owners risk and BCP will accept no responsibility for damage caused by members of the public.

BCP operates as a booking agent and is only liable for negligence in processing your bookings.
