Facilities Available at Aberdeen Airport

Aberdeen Airport has many first class facilities available within the terminal such as baggage enquiries desk, cash machines, bureau de change, various eateries, information desk, internet access (Wi-fi), lost luggage counter, lounges, lost property, meeting points, various retail outlets, designated smoking areas, luggage trolleys, toilets (including disabled).

Disabled Facilities

• Induction loops for the hard of hearing
• Optimal sign colours (black on yellow) for those with sight problems.
• Help points are available on terminal forecourts, short stay car parks and baggage reclaim have two telephones to allow you to speak directly to a Skycap porter or an assistant for special needs.
• Special needs reserved seating areas are available with induction loops, arms on each side of the seats and space for wheelchairs.
