Arrival Procedure

On arrival, park in the arrival bays and check in at reception. Hand in your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and your car keys. Your car will be parked for you while you transfer to the airport.

Departure Procedure

Airpark takes your flight details at check-in and will meet you from your return flight. Your car will be in the departure bays for your return. If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.

Security

The site is fully secured with fencing and 24 hour staff patrols. The car park holds the Secured Car Parks Award and the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police.

Insurance

Cars are covered for damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of employees or agents of the car park.

Notes

Aberdeen Airpark is located within easy reach of the airport and operates from 4am until the last flight. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on departure at the car parks standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
