Park and Go Complaints Procedure Complaints must be made in writing, via post, fax or email and received by Park and Go within 28 days of your return to the UK and will not be accepted outside this period. All relevant documents and receipts must be forwarded with your complaint. Park and Go will then consider your complaint and respond within 28 days. Park and Go acts as a retail agent for car parking suppliers and will therefore forward your complaint to the supplier for their consideration. If there is damage to your vehicle or loss of property not attached to your vehicle you must raise it with the car park before leaving. Policies Park and Go Credit Card Charges Payment is accepted using a credit or debit card over the phone or via the internet. Mastercard, Visa, Solo, and Switch/Maestro are accepted. American Express, Visa Electron, Diners are not accepted. All payments are in GBP. There is a flat charge of 89p for paying by credit card. There is no charge for paying by debit card.

Park and Go Booking - Confirmation

Bookings can be made online or via the phone. Bookings are confirmed online and you are required to print your documentation at the time of booking confirmation, copies of the documentation can be requested and sent by email, fax or post.

Park and Go Indemnity Policy

Park and Go do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to belongings or your vehicle while it is parked in any of the car parks booked through them. However they will accept complaints and liaise with car park on your behalf to get any issues resolved, as long as the cancellation procedure is followed.

Park and Go Cancellation and Amendments

Cancellations and Amendments must be made in writing and will take affect from the date received by Park & Go. No cancellations or amendments will be accepted verbally.

Cancellations

Outside of 3 days of first parking date: £7.50 administration charge and any additional cost of parking. Within 3 days of first parking date: 100% charge. Bookings made at a Non-flexible rate cannot be cancelled. Any changes made to a booking will be subject to amendment charges as follows: Outside of 3 days of first parking date: any additional cost of parking. Within 3 days of first parking date: £7.50 or 50% of cost of parking; (whichever is the lesser) and any additional cost of parking. Bookings made at a Non-flexible rate cannot be amended.
