Complaints Procedure

If you encounter a problem with parking or your hotel whilst on holiday then FHR request that you contact the relevant management while you are there, to see if you can resolve the issue amicably. If you fail to reach an agreement then email or write to FHR customer services within 35 days of your return.

If you fail to lodge a complaint within the specified 35 days after your return you may not receive compensation.

Include in your email/letter:

  • Booking reference number
  • Day and evening telephone numbers
  • Full details of the complaint

Policies

This is an overview of FHR company policies. Further information can be found on the FHR Website.

  • No refund will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of the commencement of the booking.
  • No refund for vehicles removed before the agreed collection date
  • For cancellations made before 24 hours of the commencement date, a £7.50 fee will be charged per parking reservation and per vehicle
  • Certain promotional offers will not be refunded on cancellation, the booking details will hold the applicable information
  • A balance refund will be returned to you after a cancellation and the £7.50 charge deducted(see above)

FHR Booking - Confirmation

Bookings can be made through the website or by calling the contact centre.
All prices include VAT and service charges and are in british pounds sterling. airport car parking prices are per vehicle per day or half day as stated.
Confirmation will be emailed to you or sent by post along directions to the relevant airport car parking facilities.

FHR Indemnity Policy

Cars left for longer than their agreed booking dates are liable for local car parking charges. Keys must be left with the car park if instructed to do so. All vehicles parking at airport car parks are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park. FHR accept no responsibility for damage to belongings or items left in the vehicle and strongly advise you not to leave your valuables in your parked car.
