Registering a Complaint with Airparks

If you have a complaint about Airparks regarding your booking before you leave for your holiday or trip, then please contact the call centre. For all complaints that may occur during or after your holiday, please write to the postal address within 6 days of your return with the details of your issue and a receipt of your booking.

Airparks request that you try to resolve any issues that arise at the time, by approaching the relevant manager and only contact the company if your complaint can not be resolved.

All complaints will receive a response within 7 working days of receipt.

Policies

  • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the commencement of the booking
  • £7.50 charge for all car parking cancellations outside 24 hours prior to travel
  • Free cancellations for car parks if cancelled on the day of booking
  • Refunds are not available if you remove your car before the specified departure date
  • No charges for amendments to car park bookings
  • Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge for the use of credit cards when booking. There is no charge for debit card use.

All cars are parked under the terms and conditions of the specific car park, and parking is at your own risk. Airparks will not accept responsibility for damages caused to your vehicle or its contents, and by parking with Airparks you accept these conditions and will have to leave your car keys.

  • If a booking is made using an overseas credit card, the payment will be debited in the local currency according to the exchange rate on the date of the transaction
  • Debit cards attract no surcharges
  • All credit and debit cards are accepted, excluding American Express
  • Charges a minimum of 2%: Minimum of £1.50 and a maximum of £4 with use of a credit card
