Queries or complaints are acknowledged within 5 working days. For queries contact APH via telephone, post or the internet.
Registering a complaint with APH
The APH Customer Service Department will initially deal with a complaint, a Customer Service Officer will then return a decision in writing within 30 days unless relevant details have not been provided.

Calls made to the Customer Service Department may be monitored and they will be charged at the standard rate issued by your telephone provider.

APH Credit Card Charges
- Credit Cards are accepted payment via the website or the phone
- Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club or Switch are accepted
- If a booking is made using an overseas credit card, the payment will be debited in the local currency according to the exchange rate on the date of the transaction
- When paying using an overseas credit card, a conversion charge may be levied
- APH will charge a flat rate for credit card transactions of 99p
- Debit cards have no added charges
APH Booking - Confirmation
Bookings can be made online through the website or over the phone. Bookings are confirmed via email or through the post.
APH Ltd Indemnity Policy
APH do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to belongings left in the vehicle, damage to the windscreen or any glass on a vehicle parked with APH in an airport car park. An inspection of your vehicle prior to parking is available for a small fee of £5
APH Cancellation and Amendments
- If you need to amend or cancel a booking please email webhelp@aph.com or telephone 0870 733 0779
- A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours before a service has been reserved. After that cancellations are non-refundable.
